The Life of MELINDA ANN JUBECK
Melinda "Mindy" Ann Jubeck, 15 year old daughter of Wanda Bryan of 1511 SW Third St., Altoona, and Tom Jubeck of Cedar Rapids, died of a seizure Thursday at home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Grand View Lutheran Church, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens.
Melinda was born in Des Moines and had lived in Altoona four years.
In addition to her parents, survivors include two sisters, Missy Jubeck and Katie Bryan, both of Altoona; her stepfather, Don Bryan, Jr., of Altoona; her grandmother, Elma Wilson of Des Moines; and her step grandparents, Jim and Thelma Hazlett of North Richland, Texas, and Don and Kathy Bryan of Ankeny.
Friends may call on the family from 3 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may go to the church or to the scholarship fund at Southeast Polk High School.
