The Life of MARY ETHEL LANE
Services for Mary Ethel Lane, 83, of 3211 Thirtieth St., who died of a heart ailment Friady at Mercy Hospital Medical Center, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Westover Baptsit Chruch. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Lane was born in Gentry, MO, and had lived in Des Moines for 40 years. She was a restaurant owner, and a member of the Westover Baptist Church. She also had lived in Ames.
Survivors include two daughters, Freida Williams of Des Moines, and Mary Frances Goodwin of Indianapolis, IN; two sons, Fred Wall of Des Moines and William Wall of Salt Lake City, Utah; a brother, Noble Floyd of Des Moines; 15 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at Westover Funeral Home. The family suggests that any memorial contibutions be made to Westover Baptist Church.
