The Life of GERALD EUGENE VAUGHN
Gerald Eugene Vaughn, 51, of the 1900 block of Lincoln Avenue died of a heart ailment Tuesday at home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Vaughn had lived in Des Moines all his life. He was a meat cutter with Iowa Packing Co., an Army veteran and a member of LeRoy Stanley Mixed Bowling League. He enjoyed bowling, fishing and vacationing.
He is survived by his father, Roy Vaughn, a sister, Carol Guyer, and a brother, Ronald, all of Des Moines.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
