The Life of PHILLIP FRANCIS DUDLEY

Phillip Francis Dudley, 84, of Clio died of pneumonia Friday at Decatur County Hospital in Leon.  Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Slade-O''Donnell Funeral Home in Leon.  Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery in Des Moines.

Mr. Dudley was born in Udell and had lived in Des Moines from 1942 to 1983, when he moved to Clio.  He was a retired warehouseman for Super-Valu Warehouse in Des Moines.  He was a member of the Teamsters Union and Calvary Baptist Church in Leon.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Pearl; two daughters, Phyllis Williams of Allerton and Linda Peek of Clio; a son, Larry Dudley of Corydon; two brothers, Ray of Ankeny, and Cecil of Des Moines; 12 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from noon to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home where the family will be present from 2 to 4 p.m.  Memorial contributions may be made to his church.
