The Life of DORIS B RANDELS
Doris B. Randels, 68, of 1120 NE 52nd Ave. died of cancer Tuesday at her home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Randels was born in Emmetsburg and lived most of her life in Des Moines. She was a homemaker and member of St. John''s Lutheran Church.
Surviving are her husband, Herb; a son, John and a daughter, Linda Roth, both of Des Moines; two brothers, Bob Belken of California and Harold Belken of Des Moines; and two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, and visitation will continue from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Monday there. Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League or the American Cancer Society.
