The Life of RAY C LOTT

Services for Ray C. Lott Sr., 84, of 3708 Fifth St., who died of a heart attack Tuesday at Des Moines General Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Epworth United Methodist Church.  Masonic services will be at 7 p.m. today at the Highland Park Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Born in Lucas, Mr. Lott lived most of his life in Des Moines.  He was employed by Deere & Co. and was a member of the Auburn Masonic Lodge 479 and Epworth United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Helen; two sons, Dr. James Lott of Manson and the Rev. Ray Lott Jr. of waterloo; a brother, Le Roy of Des Moines; a sister, Vashti Lott of Des Moines; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to his church.

Friends may call from 3 to 4 p.m. and after 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
