The Life of RICHARD A LARPENTER
Services for Richard Larpenter, 44, of 3101 E. Twenty-fifth St., who died of cancer Friday at Mercy Hospital, will be at 1 pm Monday at Grandview Funeral Home. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens.
A lifelong resident of Des Moines, Mr. Larpenter was a salesman for the Feilen Meat Co. He was a member of Grant Park Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra, his father, Dayton of Des Moines; tow daughters, Wilene Elaine and Richall Lee, both of Des Moines; six brothers, Dayton, Ronald L., Larry E. and Hubert D. Larpenter, all of Des Moines, Gary McMasters of Grinnell and David McMaster of Des Moines, and two sisters, Sandra Davidson and Linda Twombly, both of Des Moines.
Friends may call at the funeral home from noon to 9 pm today. The family suggests that any memorial contributions be made to the Iowa chapter of the American Cancer Society.
