The Life of LUCAS M HILL
Services for Lucas M Hill, 62, of 4144 Twelfth St. who died of a lung ailment Thursday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Central Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Hill was born in Story City and lived in Des Moines since 1946. He was retired as a supervisor for the Job Service fraud unit.
He was a member of the Sons of Norway, Central Lutheran Church and The American Legion''s Highland Park Post.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia; a son, Tom of Newton; two brothers, Le of Des Moines and Melbourne of Mississippi; and a sister, Connie Chance of North Augusta, SC.
Friends may visit the family from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home.
