The Life of CAROLYN MAGDALENA DAGGETT
Carolyn M. Daggett, 89, of 802 S.E. 80th St. died of a heart ailment Monday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. Services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Hamilton''''s Funeral Home, and burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Daggett was a lifelong Des Moines resident. She had worked as a telephone operator for Northwestern Bell and was a homemaker.
Survivors include a daughter, Helen Daggett of Des Moines; two sons, Gene of Aurora, Calif., and Bill of Des Moines; a sister, Erma Beal of Des Moines; a brother, Alvin Schmitz of California; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
