The Life of DAVID LEE DOWNARD
Graveside services for David Lee Downard, 3-month-old son of Mr. & Mrs. Gerald D. Downard of 1263 E. Thirty-sixth St., will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
The infant died Friday at his home. The Polk County medical examiner, Dr. Robert J. Connair, said the infant died of eninfant death syndrome, also known as crib death.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Earl Mayhugh and Mr. & Mrs. John Downard, all of Des Moines.
