The Life of RICHARD WAYNE RUNNING
Richard W. Running, 59, of Los Angeles, formerly of Des Moines, died of cancer Friday here. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Central Lutheran Church in Des Moines. The body was cremated.
Mr. Running ws born in Des Moines, where he had lived most of his life before moving to Denver, CO and Los Angeles 15 years ago. He had been executive in charge of television and motion-picture sound stages for Television Center Studio in Hollywood, CA. He was a US Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Karen L; a son, Brian of Sedona, AZ; two daughters, J Allison Olivetti of Denver, CO, and Linda Pogline of Wakonda, IL; and a brother, Donald B of Des Moines.
