The Life of CHARLES R THOMPSON
Charles R Thompson, 78, passed away June 6, 2003 at Union Park Health Services. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at First Assembly of God, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
He was born on April 25, 1925 in Des Moines. Charles was an electrician, member of Local #347, veteran of the US Army and member of First Assembly of God.
He is survived by his wife, Deloris Thompson; daughter, Patricia Thompson; son, Dennis and wife, Cynthia Thompson, all of Des Moines; four grandchildren, Angela, Elizabeth, Stephanie and Tyler; and sister, Virginia Frankford of Des Moines.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today in the Blue Chapel at First Assembly of God. Brooks Funeral Care - University Chapel is handling arrangements.
