Matthew Michael is survived by his mom, Jacque Sandie; sister, Kathryn (Jacque) Blackman and uncle, Tom Sandie.

He was preceded in death by his father, Mike Sandie.

A private service for Matthew Michael will be held at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, Des Moines, Iowa.

Memorial contributions may be directed to a charity of your choice in honor of Matthew Michael Sandie.
