It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved matriarch, Berjouhi Kitabjian (née DerMinassian). She peacefully passed away on May 22, 2023, leaving behind an irreplaceable void in our lives. Berjouhi was a cherished sister, devoted wife and mother, nurturing aunt and grandmother, and adored great-grandmother, who touched the hearts of all who knew her.

Berjouhi Kitabjian is survived by her three children and their families, Rosine Gouveia (Clive), Harout Kitabjian (Aveda), and George Kitabjian (Sandy). Her grandchildren and great grandchildren will continue to honor her memory and carry forward the values she held dear:

Garo Kitabjian and his three children, Jaegar, Noah, and Julie

Michael Kitabjian (Linda) and their three children, Khloe, Leah, and Rocco

Steven Kitabjian (Maral) and their two children, Blanca, and Violet

Michelle Kostikian (Derenig) and their three children, Grace, Alyssa, and Eva

Nina Gray (Kamal) and their five children, Kamiah, Kamal, Khasi, Kash and Kru

Berjouhi Kitabjian was preceded in death by her parents, Kaloust and Terrvanda DerMinassian, and her loving husband, Garabed Kitabjian. Together, they formed a tapestry of love and unity that will continue to be woven through the generations.

She is remembered with love by her two sisters, Anna Simonian, and Sona Bejian, as well as her nieces, nephews, and their families.

As we mourn the loss of our beloved matriarch, Berjouhi, we find solace in the cherished memories we shared with her. We are grateful for her many talents, her warm and gregarious spirit, and the lessons she imparted during her time with us.
