The Life of RODOLFO FLORES ORTEGA

Rodolfo Flores Ortega, 72, of Reading, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2023, in the care of St. Joseph Medical Center. He was the loving husband of Maria Eugenia Saldaña de Flores.
He was born in Jaral del Progreso, Mexico, to the late José Guadalupe Flores Rodrigues and Jovita Ortega Alviso. He worked his land as a farmer before coming to the United States.
Rodolfo enjoyed time spent fishing with his friends.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Jovita Flores Saldana, wife of Miguel Noriega; Sandra Flores, wife of Jorge Garcia; Rodolfo Flores, husband of Beatriz Flores; Carlos Flores; Roberto Flores, husband of Wendy Avila; and Fernando Flores, husband of Sagradio Sanchez. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Jose Luis, Mariela, and Aliana Noriego; Jackeline, Lesli, and Daniel Garcia; Julian, Bryan, and Mia Flores; Adrian and Yaletzi Flores; Nathan, Ethan, and Jonathan Flores; and Imanuel Flores; four brothers and five sisters.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 1018 N 8th St, Reading, with committal to follow at Gethsemane Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc, 5153 Kutztown Rd, Temple, and a second visitation will occur on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until the start of Mass at St. Joseph Church.
