The Life of Mary Ellen Hebert

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 1:30 PM in St. Anne Catholic Church in Youngsville, for Mary Ellen Langlinais Hebert, age 90, who peacefully passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2023 at her residence in Lafayette with her family near her side. Her family will receive friends at Martin & Castille Funeral Home's SOUTHSIDE location on Thursday from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM with a Rosary to be prayed at 11:00 AM in the funeral home.

Interment will be held in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.

Reverend Michael Russo, Pastor of St. Anne Catholic Church, will officiate the Mass and will conduct the funeral service.

Survivors include her daughters, Patrice Webb and her husband Robert, and Karen Hebert; her son, Thomas Hebert and his wife Chris Ann; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Webb, Kimberly Lavergne and husband Andrew, and Bradley Webb; her great-grandchild, Eva Lavergne; and her step great-grandchildren, Emily Lavergne and Andrew Lavergne, II.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wilton J. Hebert; and her parents, Noah and Eunice Romero Langlinais.

Mary was retired having worked as a registered nurse in her early years, then later opened and operated Family Day Care in Lafayette for 19 years.
