The Life of Cynthia Ann Ramsay Sell
On October 11, 2022, Cynthia Ann Sell (nee Ramsay), beloved wife of William Henry Sell, Jr.; cherished mother of Wendy Lynn Lippy and her husband Steve, Rebecca Lee Feist and her husband Ernie, Gwendolyn Cheryl Sell and William Henry Sell and his wife Nancy. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be held at the St. Pius X Church, 6428 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212 on Friday, October 21, 2022 at 11am.

Cindy and Kathy
I worked with Cindy at Teledyne from the early 1980's until she left, she was a dear friend who cared for everyone above herself. We kept in touch over the years and when I retired,I joined Bill and Cindy and others from Teledyne for monthly retirement luncheons. I will miss my dear friend and all the good times we shared, but I know she is in a better place and Bill and her family have my deepesty sympathy for her loss. God Bless you all.
