The Life of Mr. Kenneth G. Wilkins

Kenneth Wilkins, 72, formerly of Allentown, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 19, 2022 in his Mertztown residence. He was the widower of Hettie M. (Thomas) Wilkins, who died on February 23, 2012.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, Kenneth was a son of the late Thomas Wilkins and Pauline Green. He worked in construction for many years.

He is survived by his five children, Aldena M. Thomas, Irvington, NJ, Kenneth L. Thomas, Middletown, NY, Dellvine T. Thomas, Lakehurst, NJ, Arva Small, Teaneck, NJ, and Raymond Wilkins, Mertztown; 22 grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a niece, Audrey Danielle Wilkins; and cousin, Peter Gomez; and was predeceased by his sister, Jeanette and brother, Johnny. 

A viewing will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon in Ludwick Funeral Homes and Cremation Care, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Hatboro Cemetery, Hatboro, PA. A procession will leave promptly at 12:30 p.m. from the funeral home.
