The Life of VINCENT STEVEN SISCO

Vincent S. Sisco was born on February 20, 1941 to the late Paul and Willa Mae Sisco.  He was raised in the Hill District and graduated from Fifth Avenue High School.  Shortly after graduating, he married and became the father of six children.  Vincent later decided to further his education by attending Point Park College where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.  He then began his employment as an accountant in the Pittsburgh area.  

Vincent was known for his playful spirit and practical jokes.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  Every year, he took his grandchildren to the Big Butler County Fair to see the animals and play games.  He also enjoyed cooking and was known for his homemade cakes.  Vincent also enjoyed traveling and going on cruises with his companion Priscilla (Penny).  He simply enjoyed living life.

Vincent peacefully transitioned on June 10, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.

Vincent is preceded in death by his parents and his twin sisters Pauline Williams and Geraldine Burks

Vincent leaves to cherish his memory his two sons Vincent and Vernon Sisco; daughters Renee Cottrell (David), Gina Aldrich (Michael), Sharon Sisco-Diggs (Joseph), and Serena Sisco; his brother Carl Sisco (Karen), and his beloved life-long companion Priscilla Stewart, her daughter Celeste, and William; his 13 grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren; his nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at West Funeral Home 2215 Wylie Ave.  Pittsburgh, PA 15219 on Friday, June 17, 2022.   Visitation: 10am-12pm.    Service: 12pm
