The Life of Charles Faust

Charles Faust (Mick), died January 8, 2022 peacefully in his sleep in Corinth, Texas.  He was one day shy of his 75th birthday.  Charles is survived by his wife, Julianne (Ford) his three children: daughter Brenda (Poen), husband James and their son, Zach; son Kevin, wife Jennifer and their sons Brady and Cade; daughter Jennifer (Lund), husband Brian and their children, Ava, Mason, Elle and Reese.

Charles was born on January 9, 1947, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Charles Faust and Jane (McGarvey). He is survived by his siblings Jane Ann, Ellie (Jeff) Andrew (Rindy) and brother-in-law Joe as well as nephews and their spouses. He is predeceased by sister Gail (Jackson). He graduated from Monsignor Bonner High School, Drexel Hill, PA in 1964. He never failed to remind you what an avid sports fan he was—true to his Philly roots.

Charles spent his whole working career in the color printing industry. When he retired tiring of having to travel from city to city and realizing how much of his children‘s lives/activities he missed he returned to Texas—getting to attend his grandchildren’s activities.  He loved life but realized family was more important.

A cremation service will be held Friday, January 14 @ 2:00pm at St. Ann Catholic Parish Chapel, 280 Samuel Blvd., Coppell, Texas. A burial service will be at Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA. on a future date.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
