The Life of Robert N Hackett

Obituary - Robert N. Hackett, 85, of Philadelphia, PA, died November 1, 2021 at The Springs at Park Lane/Bellingham. Born, raised  and a lifetime resident of Philadelphia, he served in the US Army,  A graduate of Overbrook High School,  Bob had been employed as a Clerk for the Reading Railroad  and later for  Conrail until retiring in 1997. He owned a home Harvey's Lake where he enjoyed gardening. His love of plants and flowers was evident at his home in Phila, where he kept potted plants and deck/balcony container gardens. He had attended Alderson United Methodist Church in Harvey's Lake and Fox Chase Methodist in Phila.

Survivors: include his nephew Harry and Kim Hackett 

Service: Funeral Service will be  1pm Friday, November 12, 2021, at Toppitzer Funeral Home at Arlington, visitation begins at 12:30

Interment: Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA 19026

Contributions: in his memory to Adlerson United Methodist Church Harvey's Lake, Pa or Fox Chase Methodist
