The Life of WAYNE ALAN GOODWIN

Wayne Alan Goodwin, 61, passed away suddenly in his home Sunday, September 26, 2021.

Wayne was born on February 6, 1960 to Ruth Tish (Witmer) and Gene Goodwin, in Des Moines, IA. He was fourth out of five children and he loved tagging along with his older brothers and teasing his little sister. After graduating from Saydel High School, Wayne and his former wife, Sherry, started a family of their own, whom he loved immensely.

Wayne is preceded in death by his father, Gene. Wayne is survived by his four children, Sean (Kristin), Sarah (Charles), Stacey (Darby), and Nicholas; two granddaughters, Venecii and Tula; mother and step-father, Ruth and Gerald; siblings, Jim (Gale), Rick (Lin), Mark (Linda), Dawn, Eric, and Joe, and countless aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins.

Funeral arrangements are being made by his family.
