The Life of Alexandra Olenechuk Weymer
Alexandra (Alice) C. Olenechuk Weymer, 84, formerly of Seymour, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 4, 2007 at Waterbury Hospital. She was born in Pennsylvania on May 19, 1923 daughter of the late Sawa and Helen Olenchuk. She was an office assistant for Dr. Valentine Deduk prior to her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Augustine Church. Left to cherish Alice's memory are her two devoted sons William Weymer and his wife Kathleen of Naugatuck and Alan Weymer and his wife Dianna of Seymour; three sisters Florence Cegelka, Joan Thorpe and Mary Grass all of Seymour; 3 cherished grandchildren Alyssa, Jennifer and Heather Weymer; one great-grandson Anthony; her husband William Weymer and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother John Olenechuk and her sister Jean Kanyuck. Funeral services in celebration of Alice's life will be held on Wednesday Nov. 7, 2007 at the Anthony V. Chepulis Funeral Home Seymour to be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St.Augustine Church. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
