The Life of Joseph Testone

Joseph Testone, 80, of Derby entered into rest on Friday June 2, 2010 at the Birmingham Health Care Center. He was born in Derby, September 21, 1929, son of the late Constantine and Ida Mae Smith Testone and was a life long Derby resident. Mr. Testone served in the United State Marine Corps during the Korea War and was awarded the Purple Heart Medal. He was an employee of Sikorsky Aircraft for many years before his retirement and was a member of the Sikorsky Fishing Club. He is survived by his three brothers, Christopher, Jack, and Hank Testone; a close cousin Claire Finnucan and several nieces, nephews and other cousins. He was predeceased by his brother, Larry Testone and his sister Maria Kashuba. Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home handled the arrangements. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery Ansonia.
