Louisa Seccombe, 93

ANSONIA - Louisa B. Seccombe, 93, of 107 Westfield Ave. died June 23.  She was the widow of Lionel H. Seccombe.  Prior to retirement in 1968, Mrs. Seccombe was a teacher in Ansonia for 23 years.  She leaves sons, Lionel H. Seccombe Jr. of Bristol, R.I., and Charles T. and Donald A. Seccombe of Ansonia; a daughter, Laura S. Lane of Ansonia; 13 grandchildren;20 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by brothers, John, Edwin, Wilbur, Alfred and Kenneth Burne and sisters, Mildred Kelsey, Phyllis Pierson, Laura Jones and Edith Barnes. - Jenkins-King Funeral Home

Louisa B. Seccombe of 107 Westfield Ave., Ansonia died June 23, 1999 at Shady Knoll Health Center, Seymour.  She was the wife of the late Lionel H. Seccombe.  Her survivors include: 3 sons, Lionel H. Seccombe, Jr. of Bristol, RI, Charles T. Seccombe and Donald A. Seccombe, both of Ansonia; and one daughter, Laura S. Lane of Ansonia.

Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. from the First Congregational Church, Ansonia.  Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ansonia.  Calling hours are Sunday from 4-8 p.m. The Jenkins-King Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St., Ansonia is entrusted with arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the First Congregational Church Book of Remembrance.
