Kathy Remembers

Among my five brothers, Bill was the oldest and most protective of me, his little sister...and this began long before I was aware of his careful watch over me. You see, our father died the month I turned 5 years old, leaving our young widowed mother with six children.  Bill was not only looking out for my physical welfare but most importantly my spiritual welfare as he continued to be with all of his siblings throughout our lives. But his loving care for the spiritual lives of the family continued with nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was a good brother, and I was honored to assist him this last year of his life as his memory was failing. He is with Christ Jesus now, and all is well. Until we meet again, your sister, Kathy 2/4/2021
