The Life of Irene Hetman

Irene Hetman, age 88, of Seymour, entered into peaceful rest Tuesday February 13, 2007 in Plantsville.  Se was the beloved wife of the late Nicholas Hetman.  Mrs. Hetman was born June 27, 1918 in New Britain, daughter of the late John and Mary Hrywniak Makuh.  She was a lifelong Seymour resident and a communicant of the Seymur Congregational Church,  Irene leaaves her loving family including two daughters, Sandra Lobdell of Cheshire and Irene "Renie" Anderson of Green Bay, Wis.; a sister, Anna Makula in New Britain; four grandchildrenm Jennifer Steinfeld, Matt Lobdell, Jonathan Anderson and Katie Anderson and a great-granddaughter Leah Steinfeld.  Her brothers, Stephen and Walter Makuch predeceased her.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 am in the Seymour Congregational Church  Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ansonia.  Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday prior to the funeral from 9:30 to 10:30 am in the Ralph E.
