The Life of Julia Wabuda Belske

Julia W. Belske, 99, of Seymour, wife of the late Alexander Belske, entered peacefully into eternal rest on January 8, 2010 at Griffin Hospital, Derby surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Shelton on September 11, 1910, daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Shirak Wabuda. Julia was a member of the Seymour Grange, was a former member and leader of the 4-H Club, volunteered for the American Heart Association and was a former member of the Board of Directors of the Seymour Public Health Department. Her loving family includes one son, Alexander John Belske of Seymour; one daughter, Audrey J. Accuosti (Angelo) of Seymour; one sister, Esther Swist of Shelton; one brother, Joseph Wabuda of Shelton; one grandchild, Jeffrey A. Belske and his wife Elizabeth of Waterbury; and six great granchildren Anthony, Andrew, Timothy, Catherine, Noah and Emma Belske. She was predeceased by one sister, Anne Hanas and four brothers, John, Peter, Nicholas and Michael Wabuda. Miller-Ward Funeral Home handled the arrangements. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ansonia
