The Life of Andrew F. Carr
Frank Carr, 91 of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on May 12, 1929 to David and Mary Carr in their home in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
He was very proud of his service in the infantry during the Korean War. Frank was married to Maureen Carr (nee Williams) in 1952 and is survived by his loving wife, his children Barbara, Frank, David and Betty Jean, his brother Charles, his sister Cynthia and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his daughter, Cynthia, his brothers James and David and his sisters Edith, Mary and Joan.
Frank was an avid bowler and was a fan of classic and western movies. He loved to golf and was a huge fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and the Eagles.
A graveside service will be held on September 11, 2020 at 10:30 am at the Westminster Cemetery, in Bala Cynwyd. Masks are encouraged and social distancing will be required.
