Rest in Piece Mike

I have many good memories of Mike, playing golf and socializing; especially at Maple Grove.  My prayers are with Mike, Rhonda, and his family.  Rest in piece my friend.

Tribute to a trusted colleague

In many ways, Mike was the rock upon which a group of community members began building a new organization, about 10 years ago, to serve the Longswamp Township area. Whenever a new situation or problem arose, all eyes around the table went to Mike--his years of business training and experience and leadership qualities were a source of strength for us all. He was a no-nonsence guy, but he had this great way of poking fun at the really tough times, even if only for a moment, before getting back to business and a discussion of potential solutions. It's really only now that I fully realize how influential he was, by example, in helping me to gain the confidence needed to lead the organization. As we find our way forward without you, Mike, I promise to do my best, because there is no one else whose approval means as much to me than yours.

Marie Maly, President, Longswamp Township Historical Society
