The Life of Nancy Williams Adams

On Friday, July 17, 2020, age 76, of Forest Hills. Loving mother of Laura Adams (Craig Mrusek) of Monroeville. Proud grandmother of Adam Mrusek. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary T. Adams, and her parents, George and Jane Williams. Nancy worked as a librarian in San Diego County for 25 years. She was a voracious reader, an animal lover, and had a lifelong passion for civic engagement. Nancy loved spending time with her friends, be it playing mahjong, going out to lunch, or finding an adventure. Some of her fondest memories were of times spent with her family at the River House. Private interment in Penn Forest Natural Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations in Nancy's memory may be made to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, the Humane Animal Rescue, or the Autism Connection of Pennsylvania.
