The Life of Eric Jonathan Scorce

Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at his home. Eric was born in New York, was a lifelong Alexandria resident, and attended Bishop Ireton High School. He earned a BS in Music from the University of Michigan. Eric continued his music activities including record recording, while working full-time in the telecommunications industry as an IT specialist. He recently earned an MS in Computer Information Systems.

Eric is survived by his children Brandon and Kayla, his former wife Tracy, his parents Jack and Denise, his sister and brother-in-law Joli and Wilfred Fekeci.  Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, February 12 at Everly-Wheatley Funeral Home 1500 W. Braddock Rd, Alexandria VA. Memorial service to be held at 11 am Thursday, February 13 at Christ Church 118 N. Washington St. Alexandria, VA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
