The Life of Margaret B. Bechtle

Margaret “Beckie” (née Beck) Bechtle, age 90, of Audubon passed away on June 13, 2019. Beckie was born in Charlotte, NC, moved with her family to Philadelphia as a child, and graduated from Germantown High School. She lovingly balanced a career as a licensed realtor with her other fulltime passion of being a homemaker and mom to her children. Beckie enjoyed golfing, especially at St. David’s Golf Club, as well as traveling. She was a devoted member for many years of Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church. Beckie is survived by her beloved husband, Judge Louis C. Bechtle; by her loving son and his wife, Samuel S. and Lynn Finney, Jr.; by her beloved daughter, Tara Finney; by her grandchildren, Samuel S. Finney, III and Skylar Finney; and by her nephew, Robert Beck. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Joanne Finney. A memorial service will take place on June 27th at 11:00 a.m. at Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church, 625 Montgomery Ave., Bryn Mawr, PA, where relatives and friends are invited to a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
