The Life of LINDA KOLASINSKI

Linda Jean (Buzalewski) Kolasinski, 68, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022, at the home of her sister-in-law Grazyna Buzalewski. Born in Reading, PA on September 12, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Natalie (Dombrowski) Buzalewski. Linda was a 1971 graduate of Reading Central Catholic High School and went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree from Alvernia University. Linda worked part-time as an LPN from 2006 until her passing, including many years with STG International supporting the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service. At the time of her passing, Linda had been employed for more than 20 years as a customer service representative with Penske Leasing. Linda loved to travel and particularly enjoyed tropical and international destinations such as Europe and the Dominican Republic. She was especially fond of spending time at any place that had a sandy beach and ocean view. Linda enjoyed gardening and loved dogs, especially her own dog, Misty. More than anything else, though, Linda loved people and was extremely proud of her Polish heritage. She will be remembered for her kindness, good nature and compassion. Linda is survived by her sister-in-law Grazyna (Grace) Buzalewski, widow of David, of Leesport, PA, niece Magdalena Marino, wife of Brian, of Waldorf, MD; Aleksander Kolasinski of South Torrance, CA; sixteen first cousins, and a host of co-workers and friends. Linda was predeceased by her brothers, David Buzalewski, also Gary Buzalewski and his wife, Diane. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, June 4, 2022, at 9:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 250 S 12th St, Reading, PA with interment to follow at St. Mary’s Church Cemetery, 701 Upland Avenue, Reading, PA.
