The Life of GENEVIEVE J. LUKSIE

Genevieve J. (Mackowiak) Luksie, 90, of Exeter Township, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022, in Berkshire Center. She was the wife of the late Stephen E. Luksie, who passed away April 17, 2018. Born in Reading, Pa, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Julia (Szafran) Mackowiak and was a member of St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C. Genevieve was a medical secretary for over 30 years working in numerous different doctor's offices.

Genevieve is survived by one son Terrance and one daughter Linda, wife of David Fetterman of Mt. Penn. Also surviving are 2 granddaughters, Julie and Karen, and 3 great grandchildren

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Friday May 13 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am with a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 10:00 am in St. Catharine of Siena Chapel, 2427 Perkiomen Ave. Mt. Penn, PA 19606. Interment will be at Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C. at 2427 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA, 19606.
