The Life of MICHAEL F. KUZIO

Michael F. Kuzio, 74, of Reading, PA, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, September 9, 2022. He was the husband of Christine (Trygar) Kuzio. They were married for nearly 55 years.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late John and Victoria (Meshinsky) Kuzio. After graduating from Reading High School, Michael went on to work for WorleyParsons for 44 years, before retiring in 2013 as a procurement manager.

He enjoyed golf, casinos, and playing cards. Michael will be remembered by his family for how supportive he was. He always made time to go to his children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events and spend time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Christine, son, Stephen M. Kuzio (Tara E.) of Howell, NJ, two brothers, John and Daniel Kuzio, and three grandchildren: Brody, Rory, and Owen.

Michael was predeceased by his son, Michael P. Kuzio.

The funeral service will be held Monday, September 19, 2022, at 11 a.m. at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home with interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Reading to follow. The viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
