Tim lived in KCMO during his grade school years, then in Olathe, KS while attending middle and high school in Spring Hill, KS. He received his bachelor's degree from Southwest Missouri State University and his master's degree from Baker University. He was employed by DST Systems in KCMO and by Transamerica in both Clearwater, FL and Denver, CO. Though baptized Timothy Paul, people knew him as Timmy, TP, Stormin' Norman or T Nor, among other nicknames. He regularly bestowed nicknames upon those in his life, as well. Although Tim appreciated Florida's warm climate, his heart remained in KC and with its sports and barbecue. He loved talking Chiefs, Royals and KU basketball with his dad during their evening chats. Survivors include his father and mother, Bill and Carmen Norris, his sister, Valorie, and his nephew and niece, Levi and Simone. He also leaves many beloved uncles, aunts and cousins, along with a wealth of dear friends everywhere he resided. All who attend services are invited (but not required) to dress comfortably in their favorite Chiefs, Royals or KU clothing in memory of Tim's favorite sports teams.
