The Life of Russell L Imschweiler

Russell L. Imschweiler, 82, of Pottsville, passed away Saturday at his daughter's home in Palo Alto.

Born June 15, 1936, he was a son of the late Lamer and Ethel Berger Imschweiler.

Russell was a 1954 graduate of Pottsville Area High School.

In addition to his parents, Russell was preceded in death by his wife, Rosalie, who passed away in 2016; his brothers; Ronald and Bruce Imschweiler; a granddaughter, Cresida.

Russell will be remembered as a wonderful father to all his children who survive him to mourn, Robin Imschweiler, husband to Diane, Houston, Texas, Patricia Calabrese, wife of John Haley, Palo Alto, David Imschweiler, husband to Anita, Mar Lin, and Richard Imschweiler, husband to Xyla, Spring Hill, Fla. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Chris, Corri, Cara, Christina, Lee Ann, Charles and Alex; great-grandchildren, Ava, Ian, Bruce, Cameron and Rosalie.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Grabowski Funeral Home, Schuylkill Haven, has been entrusted with the services.
