The Life of John H Lengel

John H. Lengel, 67, of Pine Grove, passed away Tuesday at his home.

Born Feb. 23, 1951, he was a son of the late Charles and Catherine Lengel.

John was a graduate of Pine Grove Area High School.

He worked for Wagman construction for 38 years.

John was also a member of The Kramer Hunting Camp and was an avid hunter and fisherman.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his wife, Eva, who passed away in 2013. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Paul Lengel.

John is survived by his children, John G. Lengel, husband of Sandy, Alabama, Christopher Lengel, Leah Lengel, companion to Josh Davis, Dallastown; stepson, Mike Donton, husband to Missy, Schuylkill Haven. He is also survived by a brother, Charles Lengel.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday on the grounds of Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven. Grabowski Funeral Home, Schuylkill Haven, is entrusted with the services.
