The Life of Robert John Welsman

Robert J. Welsman, 87, formerly of Upper Darby died June 30, 2018.

He was a graduate of Upper Darby High and had been employed as a Building Inspector by Upper Darby Township for over 35 years. Active in local Republican politics, he was also an avid Phillies fan, enjoed fishing and bowling.

Survivors: include his brother, Edwin H. Welsman (Eileen); nieces, nephews,   Jolene, Alice, Edwin, Jr. and Matthew;  3 grandnieces and grandnephews.  His family will receive friends 10AM Fri at the Toppitzer Funeral Home at Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill.

Interment: private

Contributions: in his memory to Children's Hospital of Phila., PO Box 781352; Phila Pa 19178, would be preferred.
