Phil was the best friend one could have. He told you the truth and did so with confidence, respect and concern. I think of him often and ponder, "what if"!!!!!! Phil had a great laugh and smile to match. He cared about many and would help one and all. He was not perfect however many of us looked to him for much in the way of behavior and much, much more. God bless you Phil.

Phil was a great person and a good Marine. I grew up in Sharon Hill, knew Phil since third grade, played football with Phil and also served in the Marine Corps in Vietnam at the same time.
