The Life of Elizabeth A. McClure

Betty (Elizabeth) McClure, age 101, of Morton, PA, passed away May 3, 2018.
Betty lived a long fulfilling life. She enjoyed volunteering, and was especially active with her church, Holmes Presbyterian. Exercising into her 90's, she enjoyed her time at the Healthplex in Springfield, PA.

Born in New York City, NY, Betty was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rebecca Ayton.
As a young woman, she married the late Gordon V.P. Mott raising three children Gordon A. Mott (Nancy) of Media, PA, Bonnie Glazer (Ron) of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Nancy Wentzel (Bill) of Lewes, DE. Several years after her husband's passing, Betty married the late Vernon McClure.

Betty is survived by her children, her sister Alice Austin and her loving grandchildren, Taylor Glazer, Andrew Wentzel, Daniel Wentzel, Adrienne Kenyon and Jim Kenyon. She was predeceased by two sisters, Marion Dreyer and Bobbie Daggett.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 10:00 AM-11:00 AM at Holmes Presbyterian Church, 375 Holmes Road, Holmes, PA, followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 AM.

A private interment will be at Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA.
