The Life of Arlene E. Wiltrout

Arlene E. (Biehl) Wiltrout, 99, of Kutztown, died Sunday, April 29, 2018, in Kutztown Manor Nursing Home, Kutztown.  She was the widow of Ralph T. Wiltrout, who died April 5, 1947.  Born in Richmond Township, she was a daughter of the late Ammon S. and Sallie A. (Hoch) Biehl.  Mrs. Wiltrout was a member of Saint John's Lutheran Church, Kutztown. Arlene first worked for Baronet Leather Company, first at its Kutztown location, then in Reading.  She then worked over 30 years in the bindery department at Kutztown Publishing Company, Kutztown, until her retirement in 1980.

Arlene is survived by her sons, Glenroy, husband of, Gale G. (Keller) Wiltrout, Mertztown; and Darryl B. Wiltrout, Kutztown.  Other survivors include a brother, Leroy J., widower of, Mildred (Berndt) Biehl, and companion of Helen Hoch, Richmond Township.  There are also five grandchildren: Dean E., husband of, Susan M. (Boyle) Muth; Ty B., husband of, Diane A. (Lahn) Muth; Glynis R. (Muth) wife of James K. Stansfield; Gary A., husband of, Lisa (Gensemer) Wiltrout; and Holly A. Wiltrout, wife of, Dallas DeFrees.  There are eight great grandchildren:  Shannon (Muth) wife of Brian Kacsur; Brenden Muth; Rory Muth; Nicholas, husband of, Nicole (Nichol) Muth; Jonathon, husband of Katie (Prudhoe) Wiltrout; Michael, husband of, MacKenzie (Whitehair) Wiltrout; and Samantha (Wiltrout), wife of, A. J. Rossetti; a step great grandson, Ryan Morris, also survives. There are also eight great-great grandchildren: Paxton and Kian Kacsur; Wyatt, Kara, Asher and Greyson Muth; and Delilah and Cecelia Rossetti. 

In addition to her husband, Ralph, and parents, Arlene was predeceased by a daughter, Janice R. (Wiltrout) Muth, who died April 23, 2017; and a grandson, Mark M. Sicher, who died May 23, 2006. Other predeceased relatives include a sister, Elda (Biehl) Stein and a brother, Melvin Biehl.

A funeral service to celebrate Arlene's life will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in Saint John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 201 East Main Street, Kutztown with Reverend Mary Ann Hamm, officiating.  Interment will follow in Hope Cemetery, Kutztown.  Relatives and friends may call Friday morning from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the church.
