She was President of the PTO in Yellville-Summit School District and an active leader of BSA. She is survived by her parents Jeff and Sheila Middleton, Richard and Pauline Heard, her fiancé Scott Hammond, her sons John, Derrick, and Damian, her brothers Brian and Brad Heard, and sisters Jenny Melton and Kim Poudrier.
Memorial Services will be in the Country Club Crossing Community Center. 1101 Hickory Boulevard Altoona, IA from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the family in honor of Angie.
