The Life of Loretta M. Haines

Loretta M. Haines (nee McMullen),82, died April 10, 2018 at her home in Lansdowne, Pa.

Born and raised in South Philadelphia, she had lived in Lansdowne the past 59 years. She was a graduate of John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls High School.

Loretta was married 44 years to the late Robert L. Haines at the time of his death in 2001. She is survived by her daughter Lori (Steven) Martin and son Robert J. (Kathryn Elizabeth) Haines. Also survived by loving grandson Andrew (Roshni) Martin, 2 nieces 2 nephews and many cousins.

She was an Administrative  Assistant at Glaxo-Smith Kline Pharmaceuticals, retiring in 2000 after 20 plus years of employment. She was a former Girl Scout Leader, was active in her chuch of St. Cyril, East Lansdowne, enjoyed sewing, making quilts, painting and was a compulsive newspaper reader and clipper.

Funeral Mass: Monday at 10 am, Church of St. Philomena, Baltimore and Highland Ave., Lansdowne. Family and friends  invited.

Interment: Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA
