The Life of GERALD WAYNE CISCO
Gerald Cisco, 97, passed away on February 28, 2018, at Mustang Creek Estates in Frisco, Texas. He was born in Blue Ridge, Missouri on June 17, 1920, to Clifford and Nettie Cisco.
Gerald was an active member of Glen Echo Christian Church where he enjoyed bible study groups and volunteering as an usher. He also enjoyed golfing with his brother-in-law Vince.
Gerald is survived by his son Jerry (Lyla) Cisco; grandchildren, Angela (Richard) Holt and Chad (Brandi) Cisco; great grandchildren, Chase Holt, Jarrad Cisco, Tessa Cisco and Trista Cisco; his sister Vera “Jean” McConnell, and many other loving family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores; parents, Clifford and Nettie; and two siblings, Rex and Twyla.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 9, 2018, at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, 1 NE 60th Avenue in Des Moines, with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens.
