The Life of Anna Dikun
Anna Dikun, 92, of Pottsville, passed away Wednesday, peacefully, at Schuylkill Center.
Anna was born in Hamtramck, Mich., April 5, 1925, a daughter of the late Wasili and Eva Drochak Kozlowski.
She was the widow of Michael Dikun, who died March 19, 2000.
She was a member of Holy Ascension Russian Orthodox Church, Frackville. Anna was a former seamstress, having worked in the garment industry.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Michael, she was preceded in death by brothers, John and Stephen Kozlowski.
She is survived by nieces and nephews, including Michael Kozlowski and John, husband of Donna Barnetsky.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Mahal-Ritzel Funeral Home Inc., Minersville, with the Very Rev. James Jadick officiating. All are respectfully invited to attend a visitation from 8:30 a.m. to the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven. Mahal-Ritzel Funeral Home Inc., Minersville, is entrusted with the arrangements.
