The Life of Kenneth L Jones

 Kenneth L. Jones, 77, of Keller, TX, died peacefully, January 28, 2018 at Medical Hospital Alliance.

Born and raised in Rich Hill, MO. he had been living in Texas since 1992. Ken spent most of his life as a resident of Missouri, serving proudly in the US Navy, Mediterranean Fleet as a musician and assistant conductor.

He came from a family that all served in various branches of the military. Ken spent his 50 year career with Radio Shack; his last position was in their corporate office in Texas as a Manager for their real estate division. 

Ken was an avid golfer, playing every weekend until health issues made it difficult. He enjoyed going to watch tournaments. Proficient at the NY Times Crossword and Sudoku puzzles, he had a great sense of humor, was outgoing and had a great love and devotion to family. Ken was predeceased by his parents, Carley and Alta Jones; he was also the brother of the late Ray Gene Jones, Lillian Joanne Long, Carl Edward Jones and Teddy Lynn Jones.

Survivors: include his wife of 30 years, Diana (nee Kosten); son, Chris (Cassandra) Jones; granddaughters, Hannah and Cassandra Jones; brother, Jack (Terresa) Jones, sisters, Sue Ellen Novak, and Gail Marie Jones; he will especially be missed by nieces, nephews and extended family.

Service: Graveside Service will be 11 am Fri (Feb 9, 2018)  at Arlington Cemetery, 2900 State Rd., Drexel Hill, PA 19026

Cape may

I think of laughter as I look at the picture of ken . He always had a smile and joke . I remember the summers in cape may on new york avenue when ken would walk in the door with his large tall frame in nannas tiny little house and we would always have a belly laugh. The love for Dianna and ken was always present. He will be greatly missed . He was a loving husband , father, Son and friend. Find peace in heaven ken .
