Charles Franklin Quertermous, of Fredericksburg, VA, passed away on November 26, 2017. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He was a long-time member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles as well as the Old Dominion Boat Club.
Charles is preceded by his parents, Charlie Richard Quertermous and Lottie Ann Quertermous.
He is survived by his wife, of 58 years, Marjorie Quertermous; sister Joan Fryer (Michael); brother-in-laws Frank Gallahan, John Gallahan, and Michael Gallahan (Mildred) as well as many other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 from 10:30-11:30AM at Everly-Wheatley Funeral Home, 1500 W. Braddock Rd, Alexandria, VA 22302, where services will start at 11:30AM. Interment to follow at Ivy Hill Cemetery.
