The Life of EDWIN DENNIS SHERER
Denny Sherer died Friday November 24, 2017. He was born May 18, 1940 in Boone, IA to Edwin and Edna (Menough) Sherer.
The family soon moved to the Des Moines area where Denny lived the rest of his life; most recently Urbandale, Denny was preceded in death by his parents, brothers John and Allen and sister Kathleen. Also preceding him in death were two daughters, Susie Henry and Tracey Sherer.
Denny is survived by his wife, Rosemarie, daughter Chris Ejem of Aberdeen, Maryland, step daughters Renae Dickinson (Steve) of Urbandale, Tricia Hart (Scott) of Panora , and Joy Dais (Bruce) of Des Moines, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends.
Memorials contributions can be directed to the family. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 pm at Westover Funeral Home on Tuesday November 28, 2017 with funeral services on Wednesday November, 29, 2017 at 10:30 am at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church and School followed by burial at Highland Memory Gardens.
